Contracting Vehicles

Federal government agencies can engage OhMyGov via an interagency agreement or sole-source procurement.

1. Interagency Agreement

As a preferred vendor of the Federal Consulting Group, OhMyGov can be contracted by federal agencies via a simple, one-page interagency agreement. FCG is a federal agency within the Department of Interior that provides strategy, operations and change management coaching to other federal agencies. It has selected OhMyGov as its preferred media analytics service provider via an IDIQ contract. Those interested in procuring OhMyGov’s services can contact FCG directly or work through OhMyGov Inc. and avoid a time and resource intensive open bidding process.

2. Sole-Source Procurement

As a National Science Foundation Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grant recipient, per 10 U.S.C. 2304(b)(2), federal agencies and primes can sole-source contracts to OhMyGov quickly with minimum paperwork and no small business size standards. They need only designate the work as a Phase III SBIR set-aside. The SBIR selection process satisfies the federal competitive procurement guidelines in the FAR.

SBIR Phase III refers to work that derives from, extends, or logically concludes effort(s) performed under prior SBIR funding agreements. For more information, visit the 2002 SBA SBIR Policy Guidelines.

For contracts outside of the media monitoring and analysis fields, we work with established partners that provide 8A and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business status to make the procurement process as expeditious as possible.
